Clinical Supervision

From £55

I offer reflective, relational and ethically grounded clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists and therapeutic practitioners working with children, young people and adults.

Supervision should be more than case management. It is a collaborative space for thinking, feeling, reflecting and growing — a place where your clinical work can be held safely, explored thoughtfully and developed with confidence.

My supervision style is warm, attuned and appropriately challenging. I aim to create a space where you feel supported, respected and able to bring the full complexity of your work.

My Supervisory Approach

My supervision is grounded in:

  • Trauma-informed and attachment-informed frameworks

  • Neuro-affirming practice

  • Developmental and relational models

  • Ethical and reflective practice

  • Safeguarding and risk-awareness

I work integratively and welcome practitioners from a range of modalities. Supervision can incorporate:

  • Case formulation and clinical thinking

  • Emotional process and use of self

  • Transference and countertransference

  • Risk assessment and safeguarding reflection

  • Professional identity and development

  • Burnout prevention and practitioner wellbeing

Supervision is tailored to your experience level, setting and client group.

Who I Work With

I offer supervision for:

  • Qualified counsellors and psychotherapists

  • Trainee therapists (subject to course requirements)

  • School-based practitioners

  • Therapists working in private practice

  • Practitioners working with complex trauma or neurodivergent clients

Whether you are newly qualified and building confidence, or an experienced practitioner seeking depth and reflection, supervision is adapted to your stage of professional development.

Format & Availability

  • 60 or 90-minute sessions

  • Individual supervision

  • Online or in-person (where available)

  • Flexible frequency in line with caseload and ethical requirements

Ad hoc consultation for specific cases or safeguarding concerns may also be available.

A Reflective Space for You

Therapeutic work can be emotionally demanding. Supervision should feel containing, stimulating and restorative — not performative.

My intention is that you leave supervision feeling clearer in your thinking, steadier in your practice and supported in your professional growth.
