Mental Health Talks and Workshops

Mental Health First Aid Training

I deliver engaging, uplifting and empowering mental health talks designed to improve, maintain and stabilise psychological wellbeing across educational and workplace settings.

These talks are practical, accessible and rooted in trauma-informed and neuro-affirming principles. They are designed not only to raise awareness, but to provide participants with meaningful tools they can apply in everyday life.

Sessions can be tailored for schools, colleges, universities, corporate environments, charities and community organisations.

For Schools & Educational Settings

Talks for pupils, students and staff may focus on:

  • Understanding anxiety and stress

  • Emotional regulation skills

  • Building resilience and self-compassion

  • Managing exam pressure

  • Navigating friendships and social challenges

  • Understanding the nervous system

  • Preventing burnout in education staff

Sessions are age-appropriate, interactive and strengths-based. The aim is to help young people feel empowered rather than overwhelmed by conversations about mental health.

For staff teams, workshops can focus on maintaining professional wellbeing, recognising early signs of dysregulation, and supporting students through a relational and regulation-informed lens.

For Workplaces & Organisations

Workplace mental health talks are designed to be both supportive and solution-focused. Topics may include:

  • Preventing and recovering from burnout

  • Managing stress in high-pressure roles

  • Emotional regulation in professional environments

  • Building psychological safety in teams

  • Boundaries and sustainable productivity

  • Understanding trauma and its impact on performance

  • Maintaining stable mental health during change

These sessions aim to reduce stigma, increase confidence in discussing wellbeing, and provide practical strategies that enhance both individual and organisational resilience.
