​My experience so far with Annie as my therapist is very positive. She listens and makes me feel heard, always makes me feel as though I’m in control of the session and my feelings are valid. I feel like she cares and that really helps me.

I've gone through a lot of therapists, and Annie is the first one who makes me look forward to each session. She allows the sessions to be more informal which makes me feel a lot more comfortable to talk about my issues and also clearly shows how much she cares about her clients :)

Annie is lovely, very kind and is able to understand what I am saying, even when I find it difficult to express myself or articulate.

Annie is an amazing therapist, always happy to talk about whatever I want and is an amazing listener, gives me feedback on all my problems and worries and is there to reassure me. She always is cheerful and makes me look forward to everyone of my sessions, honestly could not recommend her more!

Therapy with Annie has been a life changer for me. She has made me feel seen and supported since the start of our sessions and I can honestly say that even after only 5 months of sessions we've discussed a massive variety of issues in my life and now I feel so much closer to the version of myself I want to be.
